After much consideration, and based on recent trends in the food service and artisan cheese industries, the membership of Cheese Utah LLC have voted to permanently close the company.

Cheese is a harsh mistress, and It became clear that even for a well funded company, success for the type of cheese-oriented operation envisioned would be difficult.

If you were involved in one of our many public events or bought cheese at the Liberty Park farmers market, your support is truly appreciated.
